Add systems. Hold the wall.
$49 to $79 per system per month
Add more compliance assessment workspaces beyond the tier limit. Each system is an isolated workspace with its own evidence boundary, scoring context, and compliance posture. Per-system rates decrease as you scale because the platform overhead is amortized across more systems at higher tiers.
Capacity Add-ons
One system. One boundary.
Each system gets its own assessment workspace, evidence collection, and scoring history. Isolated within the same organization. Add more when your portfolio grows.
What a System Is
In Redoubt Forge, a "system" is an isolated compliance assessment workspace with its own evidence boundary, scoring context, framework mappings, and audit trail. Each tier includes a baseline number of systems; additional systems expand that allocation. Systems are the primary unit of compliance boundary: if you have three products, three environments, or three customer deployments that each need their own compliance scope, you need three systems.
The Boundary Unit
A system is not a tenant, a project, or a tag. It is the scope an assessor draws a circle around. Three deliverables that each need their own evidence chain mean three systems, not three folders.
What Each System Gets
Every system gets its own evidence collection boundary, assessment workspace, scoring history, cross-framework coverage cache, and POA&M tracking. Systems are fully isolated from each other within the same organization, which means a CMMC assessment on one system does not leak evidence or scoring into an unrelated FedRAMP assessment on another system. The isolation is enforced at the data layer, not just the UI layer.
Isolation at the Data Layer
UI-level separation leaks. The platform draws the line where it matters: the row in the database. A CMMC finding cannot bleed into a FedRAMP score even by accident.
Billing
Systems added mid-cycle are prorated to the end of the current billing period. Systems removed mid-cycle continue billing until the end of the current billing period. System data follows the standard tenant retention policy after removal; it is not deleted immediately. You can reinstate a removed system within the retention window without losing historical scoring or evidence.
Enterprise Exception
Enterprise tier includes unlimited systems as part of the base subscription. Additional system pricing does not apply to Enterprise; you add as many systems as you need with no per-system fee. This is why Enterprise is the right tier for organizations managing large portfolios of compliance-scoped products or environments.
Availability
Additional systems are part of the core subscription billing and ship with general availability. Add or remove directly from the billing console at any time.
A System Is a Promise
Every product, environment, or customer enclave that owes a separate compliance answer earns its own system. The boundary travels with the evidence, the scoring, the Rampart assessment, and the audit trail. Reinstatement during the retention window is the safety net for the cases where an org reorganizes before the assessor arrives. Enterprise removes the ceiling for portfolios that grow faster than the spreadsheet that tracks them.
