Tier Progression
Capacity and managed infrastructure rates step down as the base subscription steps up. An added seat is $25 monthly on Team, $19 on Business, $15 on Enterprise. An added system moves from $79 on Developer and Guardian to $69 on Team, $59 on Business, $49 on Enterprise. The managed infrastructure utilization fee falls from 12% for Developer and Guardian subscribers to 10% at Team and above.
The forge rewards investment. Higher tiers sharpen the margin on every unit of capacity you add to the platform, and Enterprise lifts the ceilings entirely: unlimited systems, unlimited Outposts, custom frameworks, SSO and SAML, dedicated support with an SLA. Progression is not a paywall. It is the curve that compounds as your estate grows.
The Curve, Not the Cliff
Capacity gets cheaper as the base gets larger. The third system on Enterprise costs $30 less than the third system on Guardian. Growth is rewarded at the per-unit level, not just the headline.
Switching Tiers
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Your data, evidence, assessments, and configurations carry forward in every direction. Tier progression is the intended path as compliance needs grow, not a lock-in trap.
Exceeding Limits
Existing systems and seats continue to operate normally. New systems or seats require either an add-on or a tier upgrade. The platform alerts you well before you hit a limit so there are no surprises. Nothing shuts down, nothing breaks, and your compliance posture remains intact.
No Cliff Edge
Hitting a limit is not an outage event. Your running estate keeps running. The platform notifies, the operator chooses an add-on or an upgrade, and posture continuity holds through the transition.
AI Credit and Overages
Artificer uses credits for narrative generation, gap analysis, adaptive questioning, and posture reasoning across your assessments. Each tier includes a monthly allotment in real dollars: $5 Developer, $20 Guardian, $50 Team, $150 Business, $500 Enterprise.
Overages auto-bill at published per-operation rates visible in the console, with customer-configurable spending caps. At the cap, interactive AI continues so teams can keep working. Background automation pauses until the cap is raised or the next billing period begins. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Predictable by Design
Pricing on this platform is a contract, not a surprise. The credit allotment is stated in dollars, not opaque token counts. The overage rate is visible in the console before the call runs. The spending cap is yours to set, and at the cap, interactive work continues so a person at a keyboard is never blocked. Background automation pauses gracefully. Every number on this page is a number you can plan against.
