Commitments. Not vapor.

Forward-looking items the platform is committed to. Dates and rates firm as each lands on the forge.

Redoubt Managed AWS Account

Redoubt provisions and operates a dedicated AWS account on the customer's behalf: complete secure baseline, account structure, networking, IAM, logging, patching, incident response, and SLA-backed support. Catalog detail and scope live on the Managed Account Armory page. The offering ships after Redoubt's own FedRAMP authorization clears, which in turn unlocks FedRAMP inheritance for customer workloads running inside the managed account.

Gated by Our Own Audit

We do not ship a managed account before our own authorization clears. The product carries inheritance value, and inheritance value is meaningless if the platform providing it has not been assessed itself.

FedRAMP Inheritance

Redoubt is pursuing its own FedRAMP authorization alongside the broader FedRAMP 20x modernization. Once complete, Redoubt Managed Account engagements will be able to inherit that authorization as a baseline for customer workloads in regulated environments. This is the only path by which authorization inheritance becomes available through Redoubt Forge. Inheritance is not promised on any current engagement; customers planning for it should treat it as forthcoming rather than available and size their programs against the baseline that ships today.

Shared Managed Cluster

A multi-tenant Redoubt-operated compute offering is on the roadmap. Target posture: customers deploy workloads onto Redoubt-managed shared infrastructure without provisioning their own account. The goal is the fastest onboarding path to hardened compute for teams that do not need full tenant isolation. Pricing and tier availability land when the offering clears internal review.

Dedicated Managed Cluster

A single-tenant counterpart to the Shared Managed Cluster: isolated compute, networking, and storage dedicated to one customer. Target posture: organizations that need stricter tenancy separation than a shared cluster permits, or whose compliance scoping cannot tolerate shared infrastructure. Pricing and tier availability land alongside the Shared Managed Cluster so both offerings ship as a pair.

Same Baseline, Different Tenancy

A team that needs to ship next week and a team that needs strict isolation deserve the same hardened starting point. The two clusters land together precisely so that the choice is tenancy, not security.

Managed Virtual Desktop

A Redoubt-operated virtual desktop offering with compliance tooling pre-installed. Target posture: compliance-hardened workstation experience without local setup, suitable for assessors, contractors, and environments where endpoint posture must be centrally controlled. The offering inherits the same hardened baseline that powers the other managed infrastructure products.

Multi-Year Subscriptions

Annual subscription terms ship with a 20% discount on every tier today. Multi-year commitments with deeper discounts are deferred until after general availability, when stable pricing and SLA maturity justify the longer horizon. Until then, annual remains the longest commitment available.

Honest About the Dependencies

Most roadmaps lie by omission. They show a feature without showing the audit, the partnership, or the upstream certification it actually depends on. This page tries to do the opposite. Where an item waits on FedRAMP, we say so. Where the price is not yet firm, we do not name one. When something lands, the page updates, not the marketing.
